■ Access by train
Hakone Tozan Line Hakone Yumoto station: about 10 minutes on foot
■ Access by car
Hakone is easily accessible in approximately 60 minutes from Tokyo by car. Free parking available (up to 2 cars per group). Please mind the facility is located up a slope. It is reachable on foot but can be challenging for those with heavy luggage and strollers. In that case, we recommend using a taxi from the station.
■ Please keep quiet after 9pm (no partying of any kind).
We kindly ask for your cooperation. In order to prevent troubles regarding noise nuisance from neighbors, we have installed a sound sensor on the first floor of the property. If the decibel level can be heard from outside, you may receive a warning via phone. In case of violation of the rules, a fine of 30,000 JPY applies and you may be asked to leave the property. Please be aware that disposal of trash outside the building, smoking on the street, and parking in front of the building are against the rules as well. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation during your stay.
■ Check-in
You can check yourself in any time after 15:00, but please be careful at night when it is dark and enter the room quietly as to not disturb the neighbors.
* Please note that if you make a reservation on the day itself, you may not be able to enter the room immediately. Even after the default check-in time, there is a possibility that cleaning or indoor inspection is necessary, so please contact us before you check yourself in.
* If you wish to check in earlier, please contact us after 21:00 on the day before your arrival. Early Check In is only available if there is no check-out on the same morning.

Please leave the room by 10:00.
* Luggage storage after check-out is not possible as other guests will be checking in. Thank you for your understanding.
